How to get your products as quick as possible
From years of experience, we want to give you the heads up.
The holiday volume is upon us!
Order much earlier than you normally would and then sit back with a warm drink because you won’t be stressed by shipping delays!
What to expect from Stones and Findings:
EXPECT AWESOME: OUR AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME IS 24-48HRS
For example, if you order on Wednesday, we will have a shipping label and tracking number by Friday!** If this time frame changes, we will notify you on our homepage.
* Turn around time is based on business hours
** Note that carrier pick ups vary throughout the day. We may create your Label in the afternoon, but the carrier may have already picked up for the day. Your order will be picked up on the next business day.
To keep things fair and efficient, we process all orders on a first-come, first-served basis – it’s the FASTEST way to keep everything moving. Please understand that we’re not able to move orders ahead in the queue. We recommend placing your order early to avoid any stress or delays.
We’d love to hear from you, but please email rather than call. We have a team of four handling emails, but only one person answering the phone. Sending your questions by email ensures they reach the right person and you’ll receive the most accurate response as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience during this busy season.

STOCK: WE ARE CONSTANTLY ORDERING AND RECEIVING STOCK. HOWEVER, PRODUCTION TIMES AND DELIVERIES TAKE LONGER DURING THE BUSY SEASON. TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT, PLEASE ORDER EARLY TO GUARANTEE STOCK!

What to Expect from Shipping Companies:
Please note that all listed ETAs are estimates only and not guaranteed by the carriers. This includes what you see at check out AND the carrier listed ETA on their tracking page.
Based on previous years, delays of 3-4 additional business days are common.
These estimates do not include our processing time, so please plan ahead!
🇺🇸USA Customers:
Please expect potential delays due to high shipping volumes and customs clearance. Recent and ongoing changes to customs regulations may also cause additional holds at the border, which could require further information from either us or you.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely.
If there is no movement for more than one business day, please email us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
If you have a Tax ID or EIN, please include it in the Order Notes to help expedite customs clearance, especially for high-value shipments.
FedEx Express is recommended for the fastest and most reliable service.
🇨🇦Canadian Customers:
Please expect delays due to high shipping volumes and the ongoing Canada Post rotating strike.
All carriers in Canada are currently experiencing heavier-than-normal demand as they absorb shipments that would typically go through Canada Post.
Although Canada Post is not listed as a shipping option, it is available upon request. Please note that shipments sent via Canada Post may take several days to weeks longer than usual to arrive.
If you are in a rural area and have a PO Box, please update your address to your street address to view available carrier options.
However, if you live in a remote area serviced only by Canada Post, you may still experience longer-than-normal delivery times.
For remote locations, please also be aware:
Some carriers may transfer your shipment to Canada Post for the final leg of delivery, which can cause lengthy delays.
Other carriers may only deliver to the nearest depot, which could be a short drive or much farther from your location. We recommend confirming delivery options with your chosen carrier before placing your order.
Toronto customers – the last day for office pick-up before Christmas is December 23rd.
Purolator Express and FedEx Express are recommended for the quickest service.
All Carriers are utilizing their sorting facilities across the country to help alleviate the backlog at Ontario sorting facilities. You may see that your parcel is in New Brunswick or Alberta- Don’t Worry! This is just to sort and will be on it’s way to you soon!
International Customers:
Please expect delays due to high shipping volumes and customs clearance.
If you have a Tax ID or EORI, please include it in your Order Notes. For customers in the EU, a Tax ID or EORI is required to process and ship your order.
Every country has different customs regulations. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely. If there is no movement for more than one business day, please email us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
* Fedex Express/Priority are recommended for the quickest service.
Pro Tip: All carriers prioritize Express Shipping. For faster delivery, we suggest selecting the express option from your preferred carrier.
*Our recommendations are based on previous years’ information. Delays may still occur even when following these suggestions.
