Amoracast gold vermeille is 14kt yellow gold plated over solid 925 silver and each piece will be stamped 925. The 14kt gold plating thickness is about 0.5 micron. A protective coating, much like a ceramic glaze, is then baked on – making it highly durable against wear and tear, and will prevent future tarnish.
