With a gold plating thickness of around 0.5 micron, we’ve perfected a process that adds a protective coating, similar to a ceramic glaze, ensuring durability and preventing tarnishing. While our plating may be thinner than the standard 2 microns required for gold vermeil labeling in the USA, our meticulous craftsmanship promises longevity beyond measure. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may choose to describe these treasures as 14kt Gold Plated Sterling with Protective Coating.
