From years of experience – we want to give you the heads up. Holiday volume is upon us!  Order much earlier than you normally would and then sit back with a warm drink because you won’t be stressed by shipping delays!


What to expect from Stones and Findings:


1. Expect Awesome! –  our average order turnaround time is a speedy 24-48* hrs . For example, if you order on Wednesday, we will ship by Friday! If this time frame changes, we will notify you on our homepage. *business hours 

We process all our orders in a first in first out manner. This keeps things fair and keeps processing organized, which means FASTER! Our small team of 5 women make Charlie Chaplin look slow – we will process as soon as we can. 

We would love to chat, but please choose to email us instead of calling- phone calls will only slow us down.  Please email any questions and we will reply as soon as we can!  We appreciate your patience during this time of year.

  • Pro Tip:  Mondays and Tuesdays are our busiest days. Try placing your orders mid week for the fastest turnaround time.

2. November 5th to November 15th: Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, we will have very limited staff for these days of November. Please allow for a 3-4 business day turnaround time. 

  • To avoid the delay please place your orders before November 1st!

3. Black Friday: Expect at least a 3-4 business day turnaround during the week of Black Friday.

4.Stock: We are constantly ordering and receiving stock. However, production times and deliveries are getting longer. To avoid disappointment, please order early to guarantee your stock! Don’t be caught short and miss out on sales.

What to expect from the shipping companies:


1. USA and International: Longer than normal customs processing. 

–We recommend choosing DHL Express for the quickest service.*

2. For Canadians: In previous years we have noted that the delays are mainly at the sorting facilities. This is especially noted with Canada Post.

–We recommend Purolator Express for the quickest service.*

3. For Everyone: Larger than normal volumes of shipments means slower shipping times. We wish they could be as quick as us, but they don’t work for us.  We have no sway with any shipping company! Allow for an estimated 3-5 extra business days to receive your package.  

  • Pro Tip: All carriers will prioritize Express. We recommend that you select the express option of your carrier of choice.
