As you can see in this video, I have many permanent jewelry bracelets on my wrist (they are addictive), some of which have been welded on me by people I’ve taught to weld, but most of them I welded by myself as part of filming.
It is a wonderful idea to model chains yourself because customers will see it on you and get an idea of what it will look like layered with other chains, and more importantly, you will know with certainty how durable each of the chains is to tarnishing or stretching.
A customer had asked what my trick is to weld bracelets on myself because It is an impossible feat for her husband, and her children are too young to help. It never even occurred to me to ask my husband, LOL!
So, I am filming this to share and demonstrate my techniques on how to thread even the finest chains onto yourself, and weld perfectly without any assistance.
Please let me know your thoughts and, if you have a better way that works, please share!
