I find lever backs to be one of the best selling earrings (and I’ve been making and wholesaling jewelry for over 20 years). The spring lever mechanism of the earring hook locks the earring so you don’t lose them even while doing highly active things like sports, or if the hole of ear piercing is stretched and you normally lose earrings easily.
