A silicone filled charm bead will be extremely useful because it can be attached to a chain and used as the stud earring backing. If you do not have that handy, you can substitute it with a butterfly clutch.
Wire wrap the silicone charm bead permanently onto a piece of chain. If the link of the chain is too small for the earring post to go through, you can add a jump ring.
